An elegant take on a gin fizz. Seppeltsfield Road Distillers Lady Grey Gin Fizz takes just like iced tea, but this version is deliciously creamy and warming.
It reminds us of sharing a cuppa at Grandma's house, but instead of a scotch finger biscuit on the side, we've added House Gin to make it cool and grown up. It's sophisticated and elegant with citrus and floral notes (good luck stopping at one).
*** To make Lady Grey Infused House Gin, add two teabags to one 500ml bottle of House Gin and allow to infuse.
Ingredients:
45ml Lady Grey Infused House Gin
45ml Grapefruit Juice
30ml Honey Syrup
2 drops Wonderfoam
Fevertree Elderflower Tonic
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice for 20 counts
Fill glass with fresh ice
Fine strain into glass
Slowly top with elderflower tonic
Garnish with two slices of fresh lemon
