Ingredients
• 45ml Native Ground Gin
• 22.5ml Lemon Juice
• 1 generous tablespoon of raspberry preserves
• 2 drops saline
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel
