Our Easy White Chocolate is a Barossa spin on the classic Espresso Martini, blending smooth Semi Gin with fresh espresso and a silky splash of white chocolate liqueur. A touch of sugar syrup rounds out the edges, while a fine double strain gives it that luscious, velvety finish.

Finished with a light cinnamon dusting, it’s rich yet beautifully balanced.

Creamy. Coffee-driven. Seriously delicious.

Ingredients

•    60ml Semi-Gin
•    30ml Espresso
•    15ml White Chocolate Liqueur
•    20ml Sugar Syrup
•    Dash of Nutmeg & Cinnamon
•    2-3 dashes of Wonderfoam

Method

1.    Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake.
2.    Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3.    Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon dust
