It's everything you want in a cocktail - bold, savoury notes from the Native Ground Gin are balanced with native Lilly Pillies that pack a punch and bring tartness, a subtle sweetness, a captivating twist to the cocktail (not to mention the amazing natural pink colour).
A celebration of Australian native botanicals, whip one up at home and let the flavours of the Chelsea Sidecar dance over your palate.
Ingredients:
6 x seeded Lilly Pilly
45ml Native Ground Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml (half 15ml) Sugar Syrup
Method:
Muddle six Lilly Pillies in bottom of shaker
Add other ingredients and shake all on ice
Fine strain into coupe
Garnish with 1 x thick orange rind twist
