Ingredients:
50ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
20ml Varci Ginger Cordial
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Cointreau
1 small fennel frond
30ml Ginger Beer
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice
Fine strain into flute glass
Top with ginger beer and gently stir to integrate flavours
Garnish with 1 fennel frond
