Ingredients:
30ml Barossa Semi Gin
30ml Rhubarb Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
2 drops Rhubarb Bitters
30ml Tap Water
30ml Soda Water
Method:
Shake all ingredients on ice
Fine strain into glass
Top with soda water
Garnish with three slices of apple
