We might not have a pink gin in our range, but this Pink Gin Spritz makes up for it in spades! It's pretty and pink, sweet and herbaceous and seriously delicious - like winter sunshine.
Method
45ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
30ml Rhubarb Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
1 drop Aromatic Bitters
Soda Water
Ingredients
Shake all ingredients on ice.
Fine strain into Hi-Ball glass on ice.
Top with Soda water.
Garnish with fresh lemon and rosemary.
Enjoy!
