The Salted Blueberry Sour brings together Savoury Gin, floral St Germain, fresh lemon and rich blueberry syrup, with a touch of salt to lift and sharpen every flavour. Silky Wonderfoam gives it a smooth, velvety finish, while fresh blueberries keep things bright, juicy and dangerously drinkable.
INGREDIENTS
• 45ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
• 15ml St Germain
• 30ml Lemon juice
• 22ml Blueberry syrup
• 1 Grind of salt
• 3 drops Wonderfoam
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to shaker and dry shake
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Single strain into coupe glass
4. Garnish with 3 blueberries on a bamboo toothpick
