The Pink Pomegranate Gingarita gives the classic margarita a seriously delicious gin makeover, mixing House Gin, Cointreau, fresh lime and juicy pomegranate with a touch of agave.
Finished with a salty lime rim and pops of fresh pomegranate, it’s bright, tart, refreshing and made for another round.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml House Gin
- 30ml Cointreau
- 45ml Lime juice
- 45ml Pomegranate juice
- 15ml agave syrup
METHOD
- Rim your glass with pink salt and lime zest
- Place all ingredients into shaker
- Shake hard for 20 seconds
- Double strain into ice & pomegranate seed filled tumbler glass
