A 'no wine' sangria featuring Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers' delicious and golden Barossa Semi Gin.
Not super-sweet, but refreshingly dry and packed full of flavour. Think tropical fruits, honey and gingery goodness, topped off fresh citrus and mint. We recommend fresh orange, lemon, lime and strawberries, but trust your heart and add any of your fav fresh fruits.
Perfect for your next get-together in the sun, mix it up in a glass, or up the quantities and go big with a Semi Sangria jug (perfect poolside with friends or make it the hero on the table at your next outdoor bbq).
If you're going big and making a Semi Sangria Jug, we recommend multiplying the recipe below by five, giving you just under a litre of golden fruity goodness.

Ingredients:
45ml Barossa Semi Gin
100ml Ginger Ale
30ml Lemonade
2 half moons of fresh lemon
2 half moons of fresh orange
4 crushed mint leaves
1 strawberry
Method:
Add Barossa Semi Gin to glass with ice
Add Ginger Ale and Lemonade
Add garnishes of lemon, orange, mint and strawberries
