Served tall over ice with a lime wheel, it’s vibrant, refreshing and effortlessly drinkable, with just enough sweetness and spice to keep things interesting.
INGREDIENTS
• 45ml Shiraz Gin
• 25ml Lime juice
• 60ml Ginger Beer
METHOD
1. Add shiraz gin & lime to shaker with ice and shake
2. Single strain into ice filled Hi-ball glass
3. Top with ginger beer
4. Garnish with a lime wheel
