Ingredients
60ml Barossa Semi Gin
45ml Lemon Juice
20ml Raw Sugar Syrup
2 drops Wonderfoam
Soda water
Method
Fill shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds.
Fine strain into hi ball glass on ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with fresh lemon slices.
