Ingredients
60ml Savoury Allsorts Gin
45 Pineapple Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
8 mint leaves
2 drops saline solution
Method
Shake all ingredients on ice for 30 seconds.
Single strain into hi ball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with Rehn Bier Hop Water.
Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and shreds of fresh mint.
