Ruby Rose Tea

A warm cocktail to wrap your hands around. Comfort is a brew best served warm ... and spiked with something seriously delicious. Our Ruby Rose Tea is a steamy blend of spice, citrus and florals, built on the backbone of our navy strength, Musician's Cut Gin. It's the kind of winter warmer that hits all the right notes; soothing, aromatic, and a little fancy. 

Ingredients
150ml Ruby Rose Tea mix*
30ml SRD Musician's Cut Gin 
10ml Elderflower Cordial
Redlove Apple & Cinnamon stick (for garnish) 

*Ruby Rose Tea mix
1L water
4 Rosehip & Hibiscus tea bags
2 Mandarin (with rind)
1 cinnamon stick
8 Pepperberries
60ml Sugar Syrup  

Cut mandarin in half and squeeze into saucepan. Add all other ingredients and bring to low simmer for 5 minutes. Discard larger ingredients from mix and fine strain into container. 


Method 
Bring cold tea mix to a simmer. 
While heating tea, add gin and cordial to mug. 
Once tea is hot pour in mug over gin and cordial.
Stir gently with 1/2 cinnamon stick and drop in as garnish with Redlove apple chip.
