Fruity and fresh, the Strawberry Gin Mule is simple, sweet and seriously punchy with the delicious flavour combo of Barossa Semi Gin and strawberries. Expect an underlying strawberry sweetness, dried out with ginger ale. Perfect for summer days!
Ingredients:
45ml Barossa Semi Gin
15ml Lime juice
15ml Sugar syrup
10 Mint leaves
Ginger Ale
2 fresh strawberries
Method:
Muddle fresh strawberries.
Add remaining ingredients (except Ginger Ale) in shaker and shake well
Double strain into hi-ball glass on fresh ice
Top with Ginger Ale
Garnish with fresh mint, lime and strawberries
